Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle

I was genuinely impressed by the level of service provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from clean linens to a quiet, cozy atmosphere. What stood out most was the attention to detail — daily housekeeping was efficient, the front desk staff were always ready to help with a smile, and the complimentary breakfast was consistently fresh and well-stocked.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, Ram and Darin, made me feel welcomed and taken care of. A special thank you to the manager, Sonia, who was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect during my visit. The service was truly outstanding. I couldn't find a hotel in the city for family weekend at Syracuse University. I thought Comfort Inn & Suites-Carrier Circle would be too far and a nuisance to drive back and forth, but I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and made my stay there very nice. I would definitely use again.
